The Full Story builds on The Guided Kitchen, adding support during the renovation phase so the kitchen you planned is executed the way it was intended. Rather than managing the construction process, I work alongside trusted local Niagara contractors, helping ensure the design details are understood and implemented correctly.
The complete experience - from first conversation to final install. I handle the design, the materials, the supplier recommendations, and contractor coordination.

We talk by phone or video. You tell me about your kitchen, your frustrations, and what you're hoping to achieve. I tell you honestly what working together would look like and whether I think I can help.
Following our chat, I’ll send over a clear proposal outlining the design fees for your specific project.
There is zero pressure to proceed, but if you decide we're the right fit, a deposit secures your spot on my calendar and we schedule your in-home visit.

I visit your home, take detailed measurements, photograph the space, and spend real time understanding how you use your kitchen. Where do you prep? Where do the kids do homework? How do you entertain? Who does the cooking? If a design ignores how you live, it’s just a beautiful space that doesn’t actually work.

I develop a complete design around what I learned. Full layout plans, cabinet selections, countertop and finish recommendations, hardware, backsplash, appliance placement. Everything coordinated — including a 3D rendering so you can visualize material placement and move ahead with confidence.
2 rounds of revisions included before we move on to quoting.

I take the heavy lifting off your plate by taking your finalized design to my exclusive, vetted network of trusted cabinet makers and countertop fabricators. I manage the quoting process for you to ensure they align perfectly with your budget and quality needs.

I connect you with the right suppliers from my vetted network with full specifications so there's no ambiguity in what gets ordered. I'm with you through the purchasing process to make sure what's ordered matches exactly what was designed.

I coordinate with a contractor from my trusted network. I provide them with a detail specification document and attend a walk through of the site to review all renovation requirements so they can proceed with quoting the project. You will review and confirm contract with contractor. I stop in at pivotal milestones in the process. I'm available throughout the installation phase — answering questions, resolving issues, and making sure the finished result matches the design.

How long does the full-service process take?
From discovery call to completed design is typically 3–5 weeks depending on scope and revision rounds. Construction timelines depend on your contractor and material lead times — I'll give you a realistic picture at the discovery call.
Do I need to have a contractor already?
No. Many clients come to me without one. I have a trusted contractor network built over years of working relationships in this region. I introduce you to contractors who are right for your project . If you already have a trusted contractor than the The Guided Kitchen Package is what you are looking.
What if I change my mind after the design is approved?
Two revision rounds are included. Changes requested after final approval — particularly after orders have been placed — may involve additional fees. I'll always tell you upfront before any extra cost is incurred.
Will you work with the budget I have, or try to push me to spend more?
I will work with your budget. I'll also tell you honestly if a specific goal isn't achievable within it — and where I'd prioritize the spend to get you the best outcome. My job is not to maximize what you spend. It's to maximize what you get for what you spend.
